Ring Tricks

I just received my medical grade pump from Unysen. It was paid for by insurance since I had Radical Prostatectomy last month.

I'm already reaching 6.75" which is better than I've experienced in a long time, but by the time I get the cock ring off the pump, get it adjusted, remove the pump, and put on a condom because I am still having some urine leakage, I've almost lost all my erection.

Any tips or best practices?

I've never tried an adjustable ring like you pictured with a VED. The Osbon rings I use are as adjusted as they're going to get when you slide them off of the pump cylinder, as they don't adjust. That's why they make so many different sizes. If the ring you're using will hold it's adjust position, I suggest you have it adjusted before you slide it off of the pump. That's how they work. You pump up to desired level and slide the ring off instantly holding the erection. At least that's the way it works ideally. There's a fine line, at least for me, between a ring that's tight enough to hold a VED erection and one that's too darn tight.
Good luck.

Consider using Osbon tension bands. They slip off without needing adjustment.

How do I know which size Osbon I need? I don't see a chart anywhere.

Yeah, it's kinda a trial and error thing. I couldn't find an assorted sample pack anywhere and they are pretty expensive to be wasting a bunch. I wish I had a good answer for you.

They do provide a chart.

As stated earlier. It can be hit and miss and kinda expensive to find the right ring(s). For sex I use two Usually a ring A and a ring D. For solo time one B or C ring works fine.
Your mileage may and probably will vary.

WHat is the benefit of using two rings at the same time?

Do you put both of them over the bottom of the pump tube to start?

Some of us are much more successful using 2 rings for penetrative sex. I could probably get by with one medium Osbon but my wife and I have become used to the rock hard stiffness that 2 rings can maintain.

From my personal experience:
Benefits-- 1. Once technique is perfected can achieve a stiffness that can hammer nails. :D
2. Easier to maintain the erection from start to finish.

Downside== 1. Can be more uncomfortable than 1 ring
2. More difficult to remove when done,
3. Some complain of a loss of sensation
(I have found using a foam penile sleeve from http://uandmetime.com/products/store/#! ... /p/4958534 /category=1213451&forcescroll=true helps with 1 and 2.

I have used 2 methods to add 2 rings 1. One at a time. Pump up and apply ring as usual. Add 2nd ring to pump fold "ears"of applied ring inside pump, repump and add 2nd ring. 2. Add both rings and pump to desired stiffness and apply both rings at the same time.
