I'm still new to using a pump with a ring. I also have slight Peyronies. PT-141 and Cialis (and herbs, if they're also helping) are pretty amazing for me. But I can't use PT-141 every day and Cialis alone is not always enough. I also have an incredibly-awesome and adventurous partner. Enter the pump and ring.
I've found, once in the lab and once in the field, that the pump and ring will work, but there will be a big bulge on the penis on the same side as the curvature of my Peyronies. I have a feeling this is indicative of the very plaque causing the peyronies. Yet this is all so new I have no idea. The pump and ring otherwise are very impressive... I feel like a walking dildo. But the bulge is a little disconcerting, so much so that this morning I said to her sorry I want to vet this further (and I got a blowjob instead, sucks, sic, to only get a consolation prize).
Another thought: it could be that I'm still not putting the ring on the "sweet spot" and the bulge is just scrotum that is on the wrong side of the ring.

Ring and "bulge" on lower penis near the ring?
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

Just guessing here. It could be scrotum skin as you suggested. Or it could be edema. If you pumped so long that you developed some edema. In which case you need to back off on the pump a bit.

I would agree that the bulge could be scrotal skin.. I have experienced that same issue occasionally.

I successfully use a pump and rings (2) and have experienced the same bulge on one side as you. I do not have Peyronies. I use plenty of lube and watch the tube carefully at start to make sure my penis is entering the pump as straight as possible. If I see any problem either at the base bulging or the glans bent over, I stop and slightly reposition the pump base. When I pump using one hand, I use the other to hold my scrotum back out of the way. I also use a thin silicone rubber shield between the pump and me. What brand of pump and ring are you using? I tried several before I found the right combination. There are also many types of seals for VEDs. For daily exercising I found this one to be the best for me:
