Medical VED with vacuum gauge, tension sleeve

I plan to try using a VED and tension rings to achieve erection for intercourse. Is there any VED for this purpose which has a pressure gauge? I know from past experience with a VED that I need considerable vacuum to overcome the contraction of my corpora, but to limit damage I’d like a gauge so I can make sure I’m staying within a reasonable vacuum strength.
Secondly, are there alternatives to tension rings which cover a length of the shaft (like a sleeve) in order to spread out the pressure? Or is the solution to use several rings next to each other?

You don’t need a vacuum gauge with a medical grade VED. You should get optimal expansion within five minutes which shouldn’t cause any issues. I have had great success with Osbon tension bands.

I agree with dtwarrens1942's post. After much experimentation, I found the Osbon ErecAid VED and the Timm Osbon tension rings to be most effective. Both manual and battery powered are available from them. The manual (Classic) which is medical grade I found to be satisfactory, without spending a fortune. I marked the cylinder with 2 lines (min and max) so I don't over-vacuum and subject myself to discomfort or injury - don't need to make my member as long and as hard as possible. Just happy with getting erection success and duration. The double rings found most effective for me are a Pink 'D" and a Gray "D" and I'm careful to check the time the rings are in place. I occasionally take a 5mg Levitra (generic) before as I think it help a little.
