70-80 erection with Vacuum while pumping.

While pumping with a VED i can reach with a lot of effort a 70-80% erection and maintain it for about 3-4 minutes in the pump, at least two-three times everyday.
I'm doing so only to oxigenate and keep my penis as healthy as possible.
I have two simple questions: i suffer from both venous and arteriogenic disfunction. That could be the reason why, in your opinion, i have to struggle even when i use a Vacuum? I get a good seal and do everything right. Sometimes i can reach something close to a full erection, but it's kinda a lottery.
And, on top of everything, is a 70-80% erection enough to stretch my penis and keep it oxigenated?
I'm perfectly aware of the fact that a hard rock cock leads to better outcomes, but the most important thing to me is to avoid penile atrophy and i was wondering if what i've been doing is enough or not.
I was told by my surgeon to use a VED before surgery and i'm doing my best.

Two suggestions:

1) Lube your dick up good and add some stimulation. Pump up, release, stroke lubed engorged dick, repeat. You should start getting a harder erection as you continue the cycles. This should be done while having erotic thoughts encouraged, if necessary, by some sort of eroticism.

2) Take a Viagra or similar prior to your pumping session, even if the pills don't give you an erection.

The 70 to 80% is probably good for penis health but won't likely give you that pre-implant stretch to maximize size.

In fact having sexual thoughts while pumping is the only way to achieve an erection with this fucking device.
If i take 50mg of Sildenafil one hour before starting to use the VED and then i add psychological stimulation my penis gets substantially rock hard.
The problem is that i cannot pop 50mg of Viagra daily as if it were Cialis. It would demolish my liver and a fucked up dick is already enough. Cialis 5mg didn't seem to determine huge improvements.
Almost everyone here uses a Vacuum and gets hard ons thanks to it without particolar struggles.
As i said, i can go as far as an 80-85% erection with a lot of effort and if do not concentrate i start losing it after no more than 1 or 2 minutes even if i keep pumping. In the best case scenario i manage to stay erect in the tube for about 7-8 minutes.
I really hope that's enough to keep my penis healthy and preserve my current size.
It would be a great result given the external circumstances.

Those are the only ways I can pump easily. Well having the wife fondle, encourage and talk sexy while pumping works well too. But I guess that already sort of fits into suggestion #1.

i have never heard that taking 50mg of viagra daily hurts your liver. I pump twice sometimes three times a day. Getting ready for implant in July.

I have done experiments with repeating pump ups and releases. It very definitely helps oxygenate my penis which becomes quite red and healthy looking. Of course, I am careful to limit the amount of vacuum which I have learned is about right for me. I have left it inside the vacuum tube under vacuum for as long as 20 minutes with no ill effect. With repeated pumps, and time in the vacuum, the girth is noticeably wider. I am unable to take Viagra because of my heart. YMMV, but this is a big help to me.
