I am looking to possibly get a VED device and I have no idea of where to look.
Does anyone have any suggestions and the pros and cons of using such a device. I have been using injections but the drug I need is not available.

I tried several different brands from cheapies from adult stores to medical grade VEDs. I use a battery powered inexpensive one for exercising (available on Amazon, ebay or other source. You can also use a manual pump - just get one with a gage and a button, or something, for pressure relief. I don't use any rings for daily exercising.
Example:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/234106289515?h ... SwXRJfcURdFor actual intercourse, I use a Timm Osbon ErecAid Classic with rings. There are several different models and prices, but the Classic (manual model) is very sufficient. It can also be used for exercising. I also prefer their ring designs because they block the blood return veins. It is a little pricey but it's medical grade. I did try the Vacurect, but for me the rings were not sufficient to maintain an erection and I could install Osbon rings on it manually with difficulty. The price of the Erecaid was less expensive than 2 prescriptions of Trimix, which did not work well for me anyway. I settled for it as the Erecaid system makes it easy to install the tension rings, there are different sizes of rings, and it comes apart easily to clean.
Example:
https://www.erecaidpumps.com/erecaid-classic-on-sale/That's my preference. There are plenty of videos on VED online and by manufacturers. I'm sure that other guys on FT have their preferences also. If you need more info PM me. Good Luck on your search and let us know what you settled for and how satisfied you were with it. Just be careful - read and follow the instructions one whatever VED you wind up with.

Presently I use an Encore Deluxe. Comes with both battery operated pump and manual pump. The loading cone works with most all rings I have tried. Presently I use 2 Osbons which work great with this pump.

I also use the Encore system, it's a little spendy up front but very much worth the
extra dollars. You can use any brand of ring with Encore and I do like the battery
operated head. I have not had any problems or issues....I guess it depends on what
you are looking for and how you want to use the pump. Everyone will have their own
opinion but most of us have used pumps so listen to what is being said, it is the voice
of experience and that's a pretty good voice to listen to.

I started using an Encore Erecaid early on in my ED because I was trying to save money by not buying Viagra in the 1st first few years after Viagra was introduced. Little did I know that it would help me maintain size when it was time for an implant. I can't say for sure that it increased my length from when I was in my 20s since I don't recall if I did a 'bone pressed' measurement back then but my measurement back then was 5" and right before implant surgery was 6-7/8" and is still that length after

If you're doing rehab, trying to get some size back or preparing for implant surgery:
When I was doing penile rehab, after PCa and before implant surgery, I used a simple hand pump with a gauge so I could tell how much pressure I was using. It worked fine. The brand was LeLuv and I bought it from Ebay. The manual pump allows you to increase and decrease pressure easily, helping to improve blood flow, while keeping track of the pressure you're at so you don't use too much. They have a lot of different models, and IMO the ones with the gauge are best. There are a lot of different cylinder sizes and as you use the pump your grith will increase, so plan one getting a cylinder that is bigger than your current girth and then buying a second cylinder with larger girth as you need it.
If you're planning on using a VED for sex, not rehab, you should get one that allows you to easily place a constriction ring at the base of your shaft once the VED helps you get hard. For this purpose, the electric ones are probably better. You're simply getting erect, slipping the ring on, and then taking off the pump. The hard part is getting the ring on easily and several brands have worked at making this easier.
I hope this helps and you get what you need.
Quincy.

+1 for Encore battery operated pump; buy extra constriction rings so you can find the sizes that work best for you.
