I just purchased a pump, manual. My question is how long do you leave it pressurized? I can get a semi-hard erection before the pump, but with the pump I can get that back to regular strength. I see guys talking about using the pump to I guess exercise the penis. How long do you pressurize and how often?
Also, how do I keep my nuts from getting sucked into the pump?

You could try packaging your nuts with a smaller silicone cock ring.
