Sorry for the long message, but here you go...I am three years post op from radical prostatectomy. I'm 63 and was having some minor ED issues before cancer. Post surgery I worked with my local urologist and tried Cialis daily for rehab for about 8 months, switched to 100 mg Viagra for sex, but didn't get me hard enough, so I tried Trimix which also didn't get it done, upped the dosage, still didn't work well. I've now gone back to the surgeons larger practice and they did a blood test today, sonogram next week and they are talking about having me do a vacuum twice a day for ten minutes as rehab and then after reviewing the labs and sonogram looking at perhaps trying CaverStem treatments and/or moving to an implant, or???. Any advice about a vacuum unit and has anyone tried the CaverStem? Thank you for your help.

Have they provided you with or directed you to a rehab routine?
For rehab a cheaper vacuum penis pump will probably suffice. There are plenty on Ebay and Amazon.

I too use Osbon Erecaid Pump and Rings and very pleased with the results. I also tried Viagra, Cialis, Levitra and Trimix injections with little or no success.

I've found it to be very durable. It is medical grade. It does not have a gauge. It is more expensive than most. There may be less expensive alternatives that will work well but it's what I have and it works well. I have tried a couple of sex shop pumps. They worked but weren't very durable and were not designed to be easily used with medical grade constriction rings.
Injections did not work well for me at the very beginning but do work well now. Don't give up too soon. I use straight alprostadil mono-mix.
I have no first hand experience with the CaverStem. I'm a bit skeptical of it. I would have thought that it also would have been something to try early on after your surgery.
Good luck on your journey.
I purchased an Erecaid, manual type.
Could you suggest a slightly use to preserve to any damage?
