My urologist recommended I get a VED to help with my PE and inability to maintain erections. He's a local guy who said I probably would NOT be happy with an implant so Im kinda done with him. However I did order an electric VED and have used a onlya couple times. I has 4 settings and I've started out on the second because that's how much I can stand. First time I used it for 10 minutes one time. The last two days I've done 30 minutes and took it to level 3 the last 5 minutes.

So what EXACTLY should I be doing? What result am I looking for? I am NOT trying to use it before sex. That seems to be more cumbersome/annoying than the shout. But I simply want to to strengthen my cock.

I do plan to get an implant sometime in 2024. I have an initial consultation with Dr. Clavell on January 12.

Please advise as to what exactly I should be doing with this pump in the meantime as I look forward to becoming BIONIC in 2024.

VED is generally used as physical therapy for your penis. Helps maintain your length and girth.
Many guys use VED to get an erection for intercourse with the aid of a cock ring.
It works for some guys and for other guys they may get the erection but it doesn't hold.
Either way, a lot of guys will use a VED after having RP to maintain penile size.

Have you tried injections? That is the natural progression when pills don't work, work poorly or the side effects are unbearable.

Using injections now. They are VERY inconvenient and not very effective. My urologist prescribed edex.. I feel bimix or trimix would probably work better....but I feel like sooner or later I'm going to wind up with an implant.

I use a VED for both exercise and sex. For exercise I pump up using an inexpensive Amazon VED and pump until a little uncomfortable, never to pain, hold for a short while and release, repeat and repeat. As I continue, I am able to increase the amount of vacuum without pain. The time I pump can vary from 15 to 30 minutes. For intercourse I use a medical grade VED with (2) rings. I tried many different rings with little or no success. Finally got good results with the OSBON Erecaid system due to the shape and size of the constriction rings. I got the information on them from others on this website. Even with the Erecaid system, I still could not hold an erection with one ring - even the smallest. It took two rings to stop the veinous leak. Their rings are well designed for just that.
