Medical Grade - No Flange

Postby dunbar57 » Thu Jun 20, 2024 3:42 pm

I have cheap Amazon VED pumps and a medical one my dr prescribed after my prostatectomy. They all have flanges at the bottom of the tube. By the time I release the pressure, remove the tube and put a ring on I've lost close to 2 inches in length.

If I get a VED pump with no flange on the bottom so the ring can slip on quicker will I retain the size I am in the tube when pumped?

You need to be able to slide the ring off of the pump tube while fully inflated. I didn't know any medical grade pumps had the flange. What brand is it? If you're handy at all you should be able to sand most of the flange off. Of course the flange is what keeps the thinner tubes from cutting into your flesh when under vacuum.

When I was using a pump also from amazon I put the ring on first and the pump was strong enough to pull blod past it and make a decent erection ..

Dunbar57,

As Bldoink said, you have to place the ring in the VED, pump up, and slide the ring on to the pumped-up erection before removing the pump. I use the Erecaid system which does not have a flange. It does have reducer sleeves which slide into the tube, but I can't us them either of them as they block the ring from sliding off and/or slide off with the ring on it. The reducers are great for exercising. I use two rings and place them both on the tube and slide them off at the same time. Just be careful to make sure the testicles are kept out of the way as it's not too comfortable if one or both get suck into the tube before you slide the rings. I learned the hard way.
