New to Pumps

My urologist suggested a pump because Tri-Mix keeps losing effectiveness. I have a few questions. Will my wife be able to tell the difference from a pumped up erection and a natural one? When using it, can I give my wife a good pounding or do I need to be slow and deliberate? Can you do "woman on top" or are you limited to only dog style? If she squeezes it too hard with her hand or pussy, will it force the blood out or will I stay hard? Can I orgasm and will my wife's orgasm be of the same quality and intensity? Thank you. Bruno

Your question is a little confusing ... did URO advise to use the pump prior to Injecting? ... or instead of Injecting?
If you are going to use just the pump ... then you will most likely need to use a constriction ring to maintain your erection. Some guys use the pump prior to Injecting to achieve a "chubby" then Inject ... so it depends on your intended method.

A lot depends on if you have "venous leak" or not ... is this why the Injections are not as effective?

Most guys experience an erection fade ... unless you use a really tight ring.
You would really need to provide more info to adequately answer your questions.

Hello..I am new to the forum and have a questions regarding the use of pumps while taking a blood thinner, mainly Plavix. I am considering purchasing the Varrect Bonro device.....many sites state that this treatment may not be for you if you are on blood thinners, which I am...I have been using Viagra over the past 7-8 years with great success until recently...I am considering using he pump with the Viagra but am concerned about bruising due to the Plavix....and numbness in my penis while engaging in sexual intercourse...Any thoughts insights would be appreciated. Thanks

qc,
Other people have asked about pumping while on blood thinners. The speculation was that pumping vigourously enough to achieve a usable erection (plus snapping on rings ) will always be causing some microfine bursts in the fine veins. When it happens under normal clotting blood you just get darkened skin on penis. Not sure what will happen with bloodthinner, less clottable blood.

I have been onplavix and I don't have a problem. I'm not contentwith the achieved hardness or length when pump is removed.
Can't masturbate with the erection. I don't think wife would like it. Been on testerone over 1 year and it isn't helping anything
except I think it might be helping me to feel, sleep less.

I pump on a regular bais and use the pump with a tension band on non Trimix days. I also take a daily dose of regular asperin and never experienced any adverse side effects. I also occasionally take 6 gr. of l-arginine ethyl ester prior to sex.
On non Trimix days, I pump for about ten minutes and slip on a tight tension band (Osbon) and pleasure my wife with a hard erection. I have questioned my wife if she can tell the difference between a Trimix erection and a pumped erection and she says she can not even though the girth of the pumped erection is about 1/2 inch bigger than the Trimix erection.
