I really don't understand the need to know the amount of vacuum on the gauge you require. None of my VEDs, medical grade or store bought, have gauges. I just vacuum until it feels a little uncomfortable and then backoff slightly. Vacuum up to a slight amount of pressure but without pain.

That is up around setting 4 out of 4 on my VED. I move from 1-2-3 and occasionally to 4 but not for long periods of time. A minute max. And my sessions are anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes.

My VED penis is now 7.8". Grown a lot over the past year since I started using it.

Thanks for the responses.
-264 mbar is on the high side of #3 with my ved. It's setting are 1,2,3,4
If I go 4 it's only for about a minute.
If course I go with what is comfortable....not what the readout says.

Using the # 1 setting for longer intervals like 20 minutes is routine I use the most

I was just wondering if the - 264 is something that others are using frequently

We may have the same machine, yes 264 is on the high 3 setting. Yes use 1 for longer periods but cycle through. Sometimes I put it on 4 and hit the vacuum release button for a few seconds drop the mbar and let it zoom back up to 4. I have seen some growth with this method.
For people who say the VED does not grow your penis, I am living proof it does.

When I started my ED journey after my RP, I used a VED as much as I could and eventually learned how to get the rings on without losing pressure which allowed for penetration sex.

I did a lot of research and the warnings and advice I got was to try not to exceed 5 PSI, otherwise you could hurt yourself. I actually added a vacuum gauge to my Encore VED.

3 PSI is about 200 mbar, 4 PSI is about 275 mbar, and 5 PSI is about 350 mbar, so you should be fine at 264 mbar, which relates to 3 and 4 settings that the others have noted.

I was told to pump up to 3 PSI for 5 minutes, take a break, pump up to 4 PSI for 5 minutes, take a break, then 5 PSi for 5 minutes. Some do this in the morning and then again in the evening.

I hope this helps,

RJ
