Is a bigger tube better for me?

Postby erik821 » Tue Mar 11, 2025 5:38 pm

Hey all been penis pumping for a couple of years with my trusty $35 Amazon device and so far it’s done me well. Wondering if I need or should level up with a larger tube or just stay with whats been working?

I moved up to a 2.5" diameter tube recently because my previous one was filled up at the side walls, but I think I was too optimistic, since the opening is so wide that it kind of sucks in the skin of my pubic area and also threatens to pull in my balls (super painful), so I just have to be careful.
In retrospect, I should have gone to the 2.25" one.
At least I have plenty of growing room now.
RALP with 75% nerve sparing 10/24.
Some tumescence from 5 weeks post op. Erection improved with pills, stalling @ 60%
Keen to get frisky with young wife again. Getting Rigicon 10AX in 4/25.
Puzzled why SPL is 17 cm, but VEDL is only 14 cm (now 15).

If it's not broke don't try to fix it!
RRP 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Wehle. Non nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 7 - 16 units. Originally Edex20 or 40, then compounded PGE1 due to cost. Inject. 14 yrs. It works. FL Treasure coast.
