Petechiae - Broken capillaries on the surface of my penis shaft. Appears as purple dots. Usually caused by too much vacuum applied too fast, or too aggressively.
Disappears in 2-3 days when I discontinue use of VED, but then so does the results gained by VED use.
Can be avoided by much less aggressive vacuum use, but then I get little to no results.

Have you found the right combination?
Creating enough vacuum to engorge, but not so much as to cause petechiae?
Or do you just power thru the purple dick to achieve your desired result?

Maybe use less pressure with longer time?

And more frequently.

I've always used high pressure in my VED, 15 inches of mercury or more. My assumption was always that more is better, right? I started using lower pressures in the 7-10 inches range and I can go much longer comfortably and with less trauma.

I will usually use about 15 inches just to get everything plumped up, then ease back to 10 or less for as long as I need to. It's much more comfortable and I can keep it like that as long as needed.

My wife hates the Purple Dick, but loves the fatness

I’ve read that the extreme spots are from engorging to fast,
So I start off slow. Light pressure for a bit a few times then increase it a bit, repeat, repeat.

I would like to buy one that is programmed that way.
