How are you adding a gauge to your VED?

Hello, New here. Lurking for a while. Long story short 25+ years ED. Tired of the grind, injections not working, starting a Super Trimix now but ready to consider an IPP Implant and be done.

Have penile atrophy, lost about a full inch in length from my younger days, girth too but unknown measurement.

Scheduled a visit with my urologist to ask about implant surgery or a referral if they do not do them.

Interested in starting a rehabilitation pumping routine to gain what size back I can (if any). 6” erect now from 7” as a teenager last time I measured. I am 63 now, prostate issues, TURP surgery.


I am seeing the big name medical grade VED’s recommended all over but it seems they have NO GAUGES, even though one is highly recommended for rehab pumping for repeatability.

How is everyone modifying, pics please? Seems like it would make the whole outfit cumbersome.
