If you have venous leakage ... it doesn't matter what pump you use, as the erection will fade without the use of a ring. My preferred constriction device is the Osbon tension band. They can be had for about $17 on the Internet. It is tight, durable (I have been using mine two or three times a week for over a year), easy to put on and take off, and effective. Twenty minutes is the max time it can be used.
