how do I choose between a standard or extended foam sleeve.

I ordered both the standard or extended foam sleeve's. I like to use both of them at different times. If you
order both of them you won't be disappointed.

When I ordered I did not know extactly which size would be best or extended vs regular length. I ended up with two large (0ne extended) and one medium (not-extended).

Although the large fits me the best, it turns out that it lets me get tooooo much pumped girth (def 6"). The missus complains even tho it can slip in easily and I don't feel any crushing grip from her. The medium one is smaller enough ( 1" diameter opening?) that it actually restricts girth down to a reasonable 5.75 or so (length is still same). Just that little difference made the difference and was Missus Approved. Could she get used to the larger? Probably. But I am not going to go waking a sleeping dragon (lady) with too much girthiness !!

(also you might think that even with smaller sleave that your girth will just bust out to max beyond the sleeve but it doesn't happen that way .. it is slightly restricted from base to tip -- a useful feature it turns out to be).
So for you guys whose years of pumping have given you too much girth at max pump (especially with no sleave -- just rings) can now dial it back a bit if say, you have a new partner to break in or your old one complains!

Just means all you guys dreaming of a Full Porno size cock -- you might get too much of a good thing...
but the Beast can be controlled!
