My insurance does not cover the cost of VED pumps. The medical grade are very expensive. Are there recommended alternatives to a battery operated pump for those of us who must buy the pump on our own?

spartan1,
Try Amazon.com ... search for "penile pump" and there are thousands. You can get a cheap pump for under $20.

Befor recommending an inexpensive pump system, it is important to know what you want to achieve. If it is for therapy then you can put together a comfortable system for about $60. Cheap sex shop pumps are too uncomfortable and are counter productive. If it is for temporary sexual activity, than the OTC systems offered by the medical grade system manufacturers for $100 to $130 is the way to go.

I have experience with both types so let me know why you are looking for a pump system.

Hello everybody. I had my prostate removal surgery in May of this year. I bought a OTC pump to keep the blood flowing to my penis. But I'm wanting to get a medical pump. I don't think its doing to good of a job. Can somebody recommend a good one and the link? Thanks
