Ok I have to tell you finally bought and tried Osbon esteem.
I have to say the quality is very good provide you a really good suction and is really comfort while you ar pumping using just one and.All the system is very professional came in a nice case with everything yo need in a small amount of space...Great no doubt!
I have to tell you i bought the pump with the goal of train my penis every day to get more frequent spontaneus erections at the end increase my overall penis health and take it to his full potential also in size...
So i didn't buy for sexual intercourse with cock ring but the system came with cock rings so i was curios to try.
Unbelivable yesterday i tried for the first time and i was Huge enormous very very thick like a pornstar but not as an average pornstar a famous one with a big unit.In lengh there wasn't a really big difference but girth increase was impressive feeling the expansion in my hand...I even used the largest ring with medium tension was also a little bit scary cause i so impressive that i guess if is good or not for penis health?If is safe or not wearing osbon cockrings?
Anyway i didn't have any problems with circulations cold penis or changing of color so i hope is safe and i didn't wear for more than 15 min.But girth was impressive is it normal or i need a bigger cock ring?
Anyway osbon cock rings are  very nice sex toys i hope they are also safe cause the result is "impressive"...
Pump system like i said before is superb quality amazing material an engeniiring...

But unluckily this pump is not indicated dor Penis Training...Is really good if you need to get an erection and apply the cock ring for a sexual intercourse but for training as i need is not the best choise...
For two reason.
The first is because it has not a pressure gauge wich is very important if you want to pump safely and mantaint a constant safe pressure during all the exercise time.Cause the best results for penis health you get between 3 and 4 inches HG and if you don't pass the 5 hg you are sure you are pumping safely.So let me tell you for traing a pressure gauge is fundamental!
Second and not less important is Osbon Esteem don't Have a Silicon Cushion for comfort and a better seal.
Tho be honest it has something similar wich provides you a better seal.
But maybe even worst confort pressing on your pubing zone.
Cause the base of the pump i maded of an hard and pretty thin material so if you use your pump for training after few minutes you could start to feel disconfort and promote an inflamation in the pubic area.This doesn't happen if you pump just to achieve an erection and use a cock ring for sex.But if you train several minutes is not the best option training without a silicone cushion at the base of the cylinder wich provide you not just a better seal fror people would not like to trim their pubic's hair but also a better confort during all your training section and also after that leaving you completly with no pain or inflamation on your pubic area.
Browsing the penis training forums i found the best system for this goal would be velseal cylinder of pumptoys cause it has a silicone cushion for confort and a pressure gauge in the manuals pumps.
I don't have one but i would oreder one very soon...

The only negative thing in my opinion is the system miss a vacuum gauge so you don't know if you are pumping safely or to hard but if you don't feel any disconfort you are pumping in the right way...

I have the exact Osbon pump. It’s the only pump I’ve owned so I don’t have anything to compare it with, but I do think it is a quality pump. I’ve been told that it is a medical grade pump which is a quality product.

I’ve considered getting an external pressure gauge, but I don’t think the design would allow for it.

I have posted this before. It is the exercise I used before my implant. It was developed on the peyronies society forum but it works for all types of penile problems with ED. I used an Augusta Medical w/Osborn rings for sex. You do not need a pressure gaguge if you follow this protocal.

VED EXERCISE

ED, PEYRONIES, CORPORAL FIBROSIS AND VENOUS LEAKAGE

As some of you know the instructions that come with the VED can be vague. Old Man at Peyroniessocitey.org gave this exercise to me

NEVER PUMP TO THE POINT OF PAIN OR EXCESS PRESSURE!! I did at first and caused a bruise on my penis that took weeks to heal. With this more is not better. Also hair can be a problem getting a good seal. Some of us just keep it trimmed back and others shave around the penis, what ever works for you. Do Not use a constriction ring for exercise.

VED for exercise. Every day.
Start with a good seal and pump to about 80% erect. Hold for 15-20 seconds then release, (do not break seal). Do this for about 5 minutes.

Over the next 5 minutes pump up to a 100% erection using the pump hold and release for 15-20 second method. Do Not Break The Seal.

The next 5 minutes keep pumping to 100% erection using the pump, hold and release. Caution does not over pump to the point of pain. At this point if you have shrinkage you may see some gain. After a few weeks.

VED for sex.
Start by properly placing the constriction ring on the cylinder. Get a good seal and pump to about 80% erection using pump and hold about 5 times. Then increase to about 90% erection and place the constriction ring.

Constriction Rings.
Constriction ring fit is a personal thing what may be right for me will not work for you. It will not be comfortable the first few times you use it. Trial and error are the only way to find which ring holds you best. Do not use over 30 minutes.

IMHO Osborn makes the best constriction rings. I had severe venous leakage and corporal fibrosis so I had to use the Osborn D ring. (Very tight.)
