Received my pump today

My Encore pump arrived today and anxious to start rehab. I shaved and started to pump up a small pressure and hold for a minute and do that several times
and then try a little higher pressure and so on. To my surprise after pumping only about 20 seconds I had a rock hard erection.
I did that 5 times and then pumped up a little more pressure and and held that about 5 minutes--no discomfort but it was very tight.
I won't be able to get much more girth as I was about the same size as the tube. But that size is fine with me.
If I am able to get a ring to hold that erection, I will be very pleased. So do I keep this rebab going for a couple of weeks before I try the constriction band.

I would try to continue to rehab for a week or so just to see if the rehab is able to allow you to maintain an erection on its own for at least ten minutes. It is possible that you might be one of the lucky guys. However, if you want to start using a constriction band right away, I doubt it will cause any deterioration in your current condition but could allow you to enjoy penetrative sex right away.

Hey Golfnut.

I misplaced my VED during a recent move. I was thinking of getting the Encore. However, I am hesitating as the base does not seem to have much of a cushion to prevent discomfort when pressed into the fat pad. What is your opinion of the comfort of the base on the fat pad?

I have used the Encore pump with and without the foam sleeve and I prefer using the foam sleeve. However when not using the foam sleeve the problem is the rings not the size of the tube. I have no problem pumping up without the sleeve and not using the rings.

I have not used the sleeve and have had no problem with discomfort with the tube pressed in my fat pad.
I am very pleased with the elect Encore

I wanted to thank everyone for all the advice and information. After receiving my Encore pump about three weeks ago
I started using the pump every day for the first week and then three times a week for the next couple of weeks for rehab.
MY first experience with my wife was ok . I was able to perform missionary --but not doggie style.
My next experience using two constrictions rings was the answer- rock hard - straight out - any position didn't matter.
My wife was a little sore as it's been a long time since I was that large (I'm 74) but no complaints.
