Puzzled, confused, help

So, I bought a foam cap for the pump and an Osbon tension ring. Not sure when the tension ring goes on, before I pump? And, the Osbon ring is so small and it is impossible to stretch it open enough to put it on. And, I'm below average in size so that's not the problem. I did put a different type of tension ring on before pumping. Achieved a minimal (but workable) erection. Finally, how do you take the foam cap and tension ring off without pulling your dick apart? Sure wish I could have seen those videos.

Ralph,
The Osbon ring is designed to slide over the pump cylinder with the use of a specially designed cone ... see example:

Or you should be able to stretch the ring enough manually to place it on prior to pumping.

Not sure what type of foam sleeve you have ... but if using the Osbon ring (or similar) you should be able to slip it off by using the ears on the ring. A little lube should help ...

Ralphi,

Here are a couple of pictures showing the seemingly impossible task of placing a Osbon D-ring (pink) over a 2.25" O.D. cylinder. Without any cones .. just fingers. And that is a brand new ring -- very strong. And yes it does give a healthy SNAPP when your push it off -- but just MAN UP and take it!
