One Story of Vacuum Therapy to Regain Lost Elasticity/Length/Girth

September 2016 Sildenafil (Viagra), Vardenafil (Levitra) and Tadalafil (Cialis) had lost their effectiveness, able to induce an erection, but unable to maintain it. Coitus-capable erections had been gone for a year. This was the last of full-size erections and coitus-capable erections had been gone for a year.
September 10, I photographed the last of my full-size erections, a 5.25" drug-enhanced erection.
Dec 7 (IIRC), I began a protocol of Vacuum Therapy described in the Sellers-Dineen paper I have posted before. It is intended to rehabilitate the penis, restoring elasticity lost over a few years of post-prostatectomy impotence. I figured it could not hurt to try it.
December 13, I photographed a 5 1/4" vacuum-induced erection. I should have photographed one earlier, but did not think of it and getting the best erection took some practice anyway.
A few days later, I achieved a 6 1/2" vacuum-induced erection. Inside the vacuum container, I observed my penis had an hourglass shape (the proximal portion of the shaft being smaller diameter than the distal portion). After releaing the vacuum I observed a mild edema (doughnut effect), but no petechiai or other permanent effect. Discontinuing the protocol for two days resolved the edema and I adjusted maximum vacuum to stay below the level that threatened injury or produced the hourglass shape.
Feb 23, 6 1/4" vacuum-induced erections are commonly achievable and 6 3/8" if I vacuum to the extreme of my willingness. Stretching of the skin on the penile shaft has given me a slight turtle-neck effect and occasional minimal edema, but I have never had petechial mottling or any such vacuum effects.
I wish I had measured my erection length properly when I was in my 20's. That would be a handy benchmark against which to compare what I may have in the future. What's past is past, though and now I have better records to document my journey.
I hope my sharing this information is helpful to others.
