Can you get bad Tri-Mix or did I just miss the spot

I just used a new pharmacy to fill my Tri-Mix prescription and have injected twice with bad results. The first time I immediately started swelling and bruising, but just figured I nicked a blood vessel. The second time I noticed unusual stinging and resistance during the injection and stinging and swelling afterwards. Thought maybe I missed the sweet spot on that one. Neither injection produced a typical Tri-Mix erection.

So what are the odds of getting a bad mixture of Tri-Mix versus messing up the injection twice in row. I don't want a third bad experience.

And before the last two injections I had been successful 95% of the time and have injected 50+ times.
