Questions about Trimix formulas
New to Trimix. Doc started me on Prostaglandin 10 mcg, Papaverin 30 mcg, Phentolamine 1 mg. I am now using a 20/30/1 mix. I have seen adds for different mixes. Can anyone explain the differences and how each component effects the erection. Thanks

Re: Questions about Trimix formulas
My understanding is that the prostaglandin is the most effective but, for some men, the amount has to be limited because it causes pain. The papaverine has limited solubility in water; that is why the maximum value is always 30 mg/ml because that is all that will dissolve. I believe that there is a typo in your message; the papaverine should be 30 mg, not 30 mcg. The mcg is micrograms, which is 1000 times smaller than mg. In many of the Trimixes that I have seen on various Web sites, the ratio of phentolamine to prostaglandin is constant, typically at x mg of phentolamine to y mcg of prostaglandin with x and y going up and down by the same factor.

Found on Wiki:
Phentolamine - it causes blood vessels to dilate
Papaverine - causes smooth muscle relaxation
Prostaglandin - vasodialator (I assume that means it causes blood vessels to dilate)This one is naturally produced by the prostate.

If you go to the Documents sticky https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9266 and look under "Injections" and look at the top you'll see a couple of links to information on the topic.
