My urologist charges $250 for a 5ml vial of TriMix (20mcg/30mg/1mg). This seems steep but I’ve had a hard time getting a price quote from another pharmacy without my MDs prescription.
How much is typical?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

Yeah, that's high. What State are you in? I'm paying about $125 for 10ml of mono-mix (80mcg per ml of alprostadil) in FL. I've heard of guys getting it cheaper too but 10ml last me a pretty good while and the per shot cost at that price is minimal. The pharmacist told me tri-mix was the same price. He said the main part of the cost was the labor of preparing it.

My doc sends my scrips to a Florida pharmacy and they overnight the Trimix to me. I'm sure the doctor is getting a cut, but even now with a slight price jump because of the high potency I need, it's gone up to $90 plus shipping. Service has been good.

I'm lucky to have a compound pharmacy nearby. I pay about $76 for two 2-ml vials. It is about $40 for one. Not sure if the discount continues past two.
ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.

$76 for 4 ml is not cheap. That's $190 for 10 ml. My last order was $120 or $125 (I forget) for 10 ml in 10 1 ml vials.

Louisiana here. I pay $180 for 6 ea of the 1ml vials. Compounding pharmacy here in town.
