Effective difference between formulas

Postby dgold21 » Fri Aug 16, 2019 5:13 pm

What would be the effective difference between 30-1-25 (pap-phe-pge) and 30-2-20? I've been using the first one and it's been almost too effective, down to 2 units to avoid an uncomfortable ER visit. The second one is what my uro ordered from a new compounding pharm, Would the drop in PGE-1 and the increase in Phentolamine pretty much cancel each other out? (I hope)

I don't know. The PGE-1 is generally considered the big gun of the mix. I think I'd prefer to not increase the Phentolamine. But what do I know. I'm no medical expert. I think determining tri-mix formulas is a bit like the alchemy of the middle ages. Maybe they can create gold.
