Injection techniques

I'm curious about something. Ive seen instructions for Trimix injecting that says to "hold the penis straight out and inject". Others say lay the penis on the side of the leg. Has anyone used both techniques?

Yes and even though I've lost enough weight so that I can actually see my pecker without using a mirror, I like the "hold it straight out" technique.

Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.
