I didn't answer previously as I do have fairly good (not great) libido although my T levels are badly in the tank. I have no natural erections due to nerve damage caused by an RP. While I do have a fairly good libido, my arousal level definitely picks up with an injection induced erection. I do gain a good amount of increased sensitivity with the erection (I'm not one of those guys that can successfully jack off flaccid) but I suspect a good deal of the increased arousal is mental and directly related to the sensation and awareness of having a hard dick.
