If your that sensitive to the bi mix, I would do a start over like at 5 units and go up 1 unit at a time from there until you find a good dose your comfortable with. That's crazy ER twice, GL go slow.

Alprostadil causes an intense burning sensation for me. Bimix excludes that ingredient.

I agree with leebert. Start over, low dose (even if no magic), and build slowly up to the "just right".

If it was me and your falling off cliff over 1 or 2 units i would want it thinned out i have a hard time using 38 units and often the difference between 38 and 40 is hard to tell in a syringe
edex and tri mix 45/1/27 26 units

The new rX will be 10mg/0.2mg) /mL which is 3 times weaker

Starting dose is 20 and I will increment by 5 so it would look like this

20 (6.7 old)
25 (8.3 old)
30 (10 old)
35 (11.7 old)
40 (13.3 old)

Feel like somewhere between 10-15 of the old mix is where I need to be

Also getting 5 single use phenylephrine kits that can remain at room temp to treat priapism myself. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/7490814/

Just spoke at length with the pharmacist who thought it could be an issue with the lower dose / higher concentration mix not dispersing properly

In the notes from my visit today, my URO wrote: "Told patient most patients would not choose to try again but I support his decision."

Did some experimenting

33 units does the same as 32
34 units gave me a 4.5 hour priapism, I had to use my phenylephrine kit to stop (Highly recommend other people get this, worked extremely well / quickly)
32 units (left out in insulated sleeve for 24 hours) didn't do anything.

Will keep trying 32 stored in freezer until use, but basically injections aren't reliably working for me. It seems unusual that I'm this dose sensitive.
