You don't need to worry about systemic issues (organs, bloodstream) with Trimix at all. Not your concern.

The issue Trimix users can encounter, though, would be very localized tissue in the penis which becomes the problem over time for many. Repeated injecting of anything into the penis can contribute to localized tissue degradation, fibrosis/scar tissue developing over time...and the specific constituent drugs in your mix and their relative concentrations can also contribute. The fibrotic tissue and scarring can be workable in moderation, but carries with it a real risk of permanent damage/curvatures to the penis and also if severe can make the penile implant surgeon's job quite challenging if and when that final frontier gets crossed.

There's a lot of great information on this site related to the potential for, and realities around fibrosis and scar tissue, I encourage you to read through thoroughly, as there are tons of us here who know Trimix inside/out and can help.

I don't think any of us can definitively answer this for you. I really think a very qualified physician who knows this area of urology deeply should examine you and weigh in.

Can only speak for myself, but there were occasions...very rare occasions...when I injected Trimix and saw some asymmetry in the resulting erection. Meaning, the cavernosum on the side I injected into seemed to have taken up the lion's share of the drug (instead of the drug distributing more freely and throughout my penis) and this essentially pulled my erection more in that direction instead of in a straight line. This only happened to me a handful of times, maybe 10-20x in...I don't know, over 9 years...over 1,000 injections. Which, when I think about that, is actually a bit shocking to me but my quick rough math tells me it's true. The slight bend to one side was rare for me.

Whether the curvature you are experiencing is episodic or is an indicator of something more chronic and worrisome I really encourage you to dig in with a physician who knows their shit.

I wish I had been told the risks of injecting Trimix into my penis! I wasn’t told about any of the risks of injecting Trimix or anything else into my penis. Fast forward four years and my always straight thick penis developed a little curvature to the left. It was slight but was confirmed by my Urologist. I also developed scarring on both sides of my penis where I was injecting. This was the most serious development from injecting Trimix. I developed hard places from above the base to right below the glans exactly where I had been injecting. It got so bad that I almost ran out of a place to inject before I decided on having an implant. I have no doubt as to what caused this scarring. I have always had a nice thick penis that was as straight as a stick. The curvature seemed like it developed overnight. My surgeon tells me that with my implant it should straighten in time. My recommendation to anyone needing to inject to get an erection would be to skip injecting and go straight to an implant. I would be willing to talk with anyone needing help in this area. Our penis was not made to be a pin cushion! God Bless!
