I found a few mentions of this in posts but not specifically when I am getting. Sorry if this has been covered before.
As the title says, I am getting blood going back into the syringe when I inject. When I stick my penis, a cloud of blood will enter the needle before I inject. I am not sure if this happens from time to time but it's unsettling. Is this common?
Thank you
Blood Cloud in the syringe
Re: Blood Cloud in the syringe
Not sure to exactly what you are referring to. What gauge needle are you using? Are you erect or partially erect when injecting or are you completely flaccid?

I am flaccid when I inject. I am using a 31G 1/2 needle.
When I stick the needle into my penis to inject the Trimix, I am getting blood traveling up into the syringe before I push the plunger down to inject.
Thanks

Are you drawing back on plunger when you inject? are you injecting where no veins are? Are you on blood thinners? Do you get an erection after injecting?

First of all thank you for the reply, and good questions.
I do not draw back the plunger. I am also very careful to avoid veins but this is my 5th shot ever so I may be doing some thing wrong. I do not get an erection on my own yet, just a slight "chub". When my girlfriend performs oral sex on me I get rock hard, but that dissipates within a couple minutes.
I'm just worried that the blood is traveling up the needle when I stick myself.

Disclaimer: I’m not a phlebotomist, nurse, doctor, or medicine man of any type.
I self injected bimix/Caverject/Trimix/quadmix for 30 years.
I’ve self injected Test C for five years. HCG about the same. I do wife’s B12.
This is a mystery.
Assuming you fill syringe with air, empty air into vial, withdraw an equal amount of fluid into syringe...there should be no vacuum to pullf blood from corporal body or vein.
I aspirate on the Test C but never did with the penile injections. I could tell if I was in the right place.
If you aren’t getting an erection, and your getting blood flowing into syringe, something isn’t right. I wonder if you could be in the dorsal vein?
On a rare occasion, after injection I might see a trace of blood in the syringe...sort of a postbinjection backflow. That never caused any harm or alarm. The corpora are vascular and blood filled.
But a blood cloud? Call or go see your prescribing urologist. That ain’t tight. Especially if you aren’t getting erect.

Re: Blood Cloud in the syringe
When injecting during/ being somehow semi erect I always get some kind of blood.
the cavernosal tissue itself is, when expaned/relaxed very vascular. I do not see any harm there. Hadnt any bruises either
Drawing back when injecting IM or subq is recommended, I do not see any sense during the penile injection.
If you would have hit any bigger vessel you would feel that immediately (there would be a bulge e.g.)
