First injection of trimix

I’ve been taking cialis 20mg but it recently hasn’t been doing the job. Uro prescribed trimix with a strength of 150-10-100. First injection was 10 cc’s. Fairly good erection for about 30 minutes. Will up dosage in a few days.
What is a good dosage at this strength? I would like a good erection for at least an hour.

Tiger ... your trimix strength looks unfamiliar to me. Also, guessing you mean .10 cc as your dose (most syringes have 100 units = 1.0 cc) If you're loading to 10 units, it's 0.10 cc.

Consult your URO on increasing your dose. Most of us believe a small change in dose (1-2 units) can change the outcome of your erection significantly.

I'm guessing your mix at 150-10-100 is not per ml or cc as that would be very strong for a starter mix. Could that be per 10 ml vial making it 15-1-10 per ml ?

As ftwabeck3533 suggested, I'm guessing that when you say you're injecting 10cc you actually mean 10 U-100 units as indicated on most insulin syringes.

What is a good dosage at any strength varies by individual and is worked out by you and your doctor. I'm guessing, based on your post, that you'll be happy at 12 to 15 units.

It came in a 10ml vial. So is this a weak mix and as you say 15-1-10?
You are also correct about the syringe and the units.
I guess I’ll try 12 units next time.

Yeah that 150-10-100 is no doubt total amounts in 10mls...

Also a bit tricky as to which value is PGE1 .. the 150 or the 100 value.

But either one is a fairly weak strength of 10 or 15mcg PGE1 and also the Papa and phento values at 1mg and 15mg are below the 2mg and 30mg max values.

I would suggest you just get a new prescription at say 20mcg PGE1... 2mg phent and 30mg papa and send it off to some mail order compounder .. unless your local guy says he can make it up at that strength for a good price.

For now just keep upping the amount from your current stock until you get an hour or two out of it...

The uro script says Papav-Phentolamine-Alprostadil (150-10-100 MG-MG-MCG). But I know now it should read 15-1-10
I will use what i have and ask for higher strength when I’m out.

Tigerdawg, I'm currently injecting 40/4/30 at 30-35 units which results in 2 to 2.5 hour totally hard, very usable erections. You have many strength options available to you, stronger than your current script, and you will hit on the mix that really works. I tried 3 before the current dose/strength. A totally stiff dick is awaiting you. Steve
