(Younger) guys - did your erectile function improve with the injections ?

Hell to all,

As I am fairly young I still have some hope that the consistent PGE1 injections will actually improve my SMC/collagen ratio (smooth muscle / collagen ratio) and I might be able to rely on oral pde5i solely in the future.

Has someone experienced that ?

Additionally I am taking daily pde5i in hope of getting blood flowing (according to literature there might be some potential effect on anti-fibrotic enzymes).

I think it has for me (69 years old)--but I'm also with a newish partner who is very stimulating--so it's hard to say definitively

Use Daily VED for penis health. I'm also doing daily VED. Not much improve yet, maybe soms more nocturnal erections.

I've seen improvement from injections with daily generic cialis it took time though (2 years maybe) and sex without injection is inconsistent at best
I can use less injection dose now also but that could be me learning optimal volume good luck
