Quad mix mixture questions - what each might do

So I've been using a Quadmix for a year or so and it works...the Trimix wasn't bad but at 48 the Dr. recommended I upgrade lol.

AL10/PA9/PH1/AT0.1 is the prescription

So here's the situation. It works great on my shaft however the tip/head of the penis is still flaccid, making penetration difficult. My wife is understanding but I'm wondering if changing the mix will increase the blood flow to the tip and hold it firm.

I do use a pump to address the flaccid tip which works fine enough but even with proper use, the tip becomes flaccid after 8-10 mins of intercourse.

Any suggestions? I know there are suppository type meds that help but I'm self pay and they seem costly from what I hear.

I have a Uroglogy appointment in a couple of weeks and want to brainstorm the issue with the Dr. Any thoughts?

Head inflation is a different mechanism than the shaft and tri/quad-mix won't do anything to help. Cock-ring with or without a pump would probably be the best option.
