Yes, if you're using 50 units or more I'd ask for a stronger mix.

My experience is a bit unique but yes it's fairly common to have to ask for a mix adjustment. Usually for a stronger mix but sometimes for a weaker mix.

Two questions: - 1) While I know there are many causes, variables and solutions, is it possible to increase the quantity of semen (Cum)? and
2) Does anyone have experience of using over the counter
products that actually work?

I think hydration helps and and maybe some vitamins like zinc but I wouldn't know. I don't have a prostate so it's not something I've looked into.

I have asked my Uro to give me a stronger formula. It's not a problem. As far as increasing the quantity of the cum, I don't know of a way but there might be. At 72 I don't have the same quantity I did at 25. Not even close.

This is an update to my earlier thread,

I started a trimix combination which is: [b]PGE1-PAPA-PHENT in the ratio: 10McG-30MG-1MG/ML.
The urologist started with 20 units (0.2 ml)? This did not work well - as I had a "minor erection", not even good enough for masturbation. This was 8 days back. Since then I have increased my dosage from 30 units to 35 and today at 40 units

Despite 40 units of trimix, I do not have an erection strong enough for sex. The wife is away for a few weeks - so I am really just getting ready.

I am frustrated because I am about only 70-75 % hard, and I masturbate, after which my erection does NOT last.
So what would you advise me?. I have the following options:

1) Do you think I should tell my doctor and ask for a stronger dose, or should I wait to increase the dosage to 45 units and then maybe 50 units? OR
2) Can I have 50 mg Viagra with the current dose of 40 units? I am told that would be dangerous as it could lead to priapism? I have a dose of SUDAFED, but I thought that I should ask folks here before I do something ,

Yeah, I'd go ahead and ask for a stronger mix. I'd ask for more alprostadil (PGE-1). Meanwhile you can continue with what you have.

You really need to ask your doctor about that and follow his/her advice. However, yes I've done that a number of times. If you decide to try it without doctors advice, be sure to back way off on the injection first and then work your way back up.

I'm happy to try and help. Just remember I have absolutely no medical credentials. I'm just some guy sitting on the couch typing on an internet forum. With that I'll add that I think you really should try adding novelty cock rings (sex shop) to the mix. A moderately tight silicone one stretched over the shaft and behind the boys is what works for me. You'll have to use trial and error to find what works best for you. You can give the rejects to your wife for hair scrunchies (jk).
