OMG! ... don't ever consider such a thing! ... besides it would not work anyway. Take it from a guy who has been to the ER several times for an erection that would not go down. Long story short ... I watched the URO in the ER manually drain 40 cc of blood out, and less than one minute later my penis stood straight up again and fully erect. Injected meds are needed to counteract priapism (intracavernosal injections of phenylephrine) and in many cases manual draining is required.

I agree with the others ... limit the amount of Sudafed you take, and do not increase your Trimix dosage as much. If priapism ever occurs again (3-4 hrs.) go to the ER!

When priapism occurs the blood is unable to drain as it would normally. When the blood fails to circulate, it becomes stagnant and begins to lose oxygen. Without oxygen, red blood cells become stiff and thicken, making proper penis drainage even more problematic. The result: Penile fibrosis, the formation of scar tissue in the
main body of the penis. This often means permanent erectile dysfunction.

Holy mother of pearl, DO NOT under any circumstances whatsoever take a sharp instrument to your most important body part. That is a job for ONLY a well trained professional under the direst of circumstances and under totally sterile conditions.

Even without an ER handy, you should be able to get Little Willie to begin deflating: between sudafed, ice packs, pacing, soaking in a warm bath, etc. etc. that should do the trick 99.99% of the time. If deflating proves to be an ongoing problem, then there's likely something amiss with you injection technique or your dosage. Until you get the hang of this, don't shoot up if you're in the wilderness hundreds of miles from an ER.

Now, try not to overthink this. It's not that complicated.

On Trimix vs Edex you might be right to go back to the VA and try that. Edex is pure PGE-1 and it is metabolized easier/quicker by the body since PGE-1 is the naturally occuring substance in the body and it knows how to deal with it whereas Papaverine and Phentolamine are artificial substances that persist longer. That is one reason why some doctors prefer straight PGE-1 solution vs Trimix -- lesser chance of priapism.

I was told that the addition of PAP and Phen is supposed, among other reasons, to counteract and reduce the pain sometimes caused but PGE-1.

I wont be doing that then, I wasnt exactly looking forward to it if I had to either, appreciate the info. I ll have to get some of the behind the counter sudafed. If I ve been using ineffective medication to reduce it that would certainly have something to do with it likely. It doesnt sound like a fun thing to go to the er for that s for certain.

"Slicing" the penis yourself is certainly not advised and is unlikely to solve the problem. The corpus cavernosa isn't simply two tubes that fill with blood but hundreds, maybe thousands of little reservoirs with their own control valve, so slicing may achieve nothing. The antidote is a drug which opens the individual valves. I always wondered if you could remove blood with a syringe but after my doctor explained how it worked it was obvious that it wouldn't help.

You may find that with repeated use you need less of the rocket fuel in the syringe.

I started in uros with a safe 3 units then at home built up gradually - 5, 8, 12, 20 and bingo. I had to come back to 15 staright away because it was pushing the 4 hour window and gradually I brought the dosage back over a few months till I only needed <5 units for 3-4 hours of hardwood. I think for those of us with medical nerve damage caused ED the rejuvenation effect is the reason, you may find the same. Also the whole quality of the experience seems to improve.

Take care, you do sound reckless oifsps. Trimix is rocketfuel for many of us and I'm fortunate not to have to have faced the distressing situation of nursing a hardon into a hospital.

I ve injected ten times, based on being out of those syringes, the failed injection was because I injected with my left hand, when I injected with my right the day after it worked. The left yet again didnt work after that. I dont the reason but I cant seem to inject properly obviously with my left hand. It worked again the last time with my right. Anyhow, I have only used ten units most recently and when the medication works, it seems to be enough for a good sexual experience, I dont know for certain because I m not having sex with anyone, but if I had to guess. Something to mention, it seems to produce a better erection in the 3rd and fourth hours, and with more physical stimulation. It seems after climax, its more erect. It is commonly good for more climax. Although, the erections still arent as full in girth with the lower amount as it was the time I used thirty. Best to you.

Keep practicing and keep making observations. The practice sessions are fun and the observations provide valuable information for the next time. And continue to share your results--that knowledge helps all of us.

oifs,

The solution to switching hands is .... Don't!

For right handed shooting at all times just lay it down to the left of center against the pubic bone there and shoot ( that's shooting into the right side).

The the next time lay it down across the public bone to the right of center -- still holding head with left hand fingers. Still easy to shoot with syringe in the right hand.

Laying against the pubic bone to left or right (or flesh if that's all you got there) makes a good stable work surface.

I've never ever shot using left hand -- not even once.

Give that a try next time.
