I can only relate my experience which likely not at all universal. I have a fairly strong mix. If I depress the injection plunger too fast I get instant pain. If I continue depressing the plunger rapidly the pain will increase and last for the duration of the injection and maybe a bit longer. If I depress the plunger slowly over a minute or so I don't have that pain issue. In the past, if I injected too much I would get ache that would last for the duration of the erection and could be a little sore for awhile afterwards. The "too much" incidents occurred early on. It is reportedly fairly common for users to have pain issues early on but for the pain to moderate of go away completely with continued use. I experienced some of the ache early on. However, I'm really not sure if it was just early user ache or too much juice ache.
