Haven't had any priaprism issues, but the other day I injected and didnt end up needing it until the 3hr point. When she wrapped her hands around me she said it was cold and giggled. I thought it was amusing at the time, it didn't feel cold to me. Afterwards got me thinking maybe its bad or causes damage if it's cold, even though not at 4 or 5 hr mark. Any others experience this?

It's your dick. If it didn't feel cold to you and you weren't experiencing any pain or discomfort then you're all good. Priapism, as you noted, generally starts at the four-hour mark. Even then you're good for a couple hours or so by taking some countermeasures. Were her hands hotter than usual? That would account for her report. Your penis was just colder than her hands, so felt "cold" to her by comparison. Under sexual arousal, her hands my just get hot.

Having a cold penis would be alarming if it was the result of reduced circulation. But, then, erections are naturally caused by reduced outflow of blood.

Any extremity is going to be cooler than a person's core temperature. Especially if unclothed or unprotected from cooler air or water.

When I was still injecting I did notice times of my penis being cold after a lengthy erection. So I would say cold penis after injection is a thing. I know I didn't have venous leakage, so I just assume it's from the blood trapped in penis and not circulating in the body.
