Wow, after getting an iniatial response like that on your first injection, I would say reduce that by half at the very least, over 6 hours is not healthy for your penis if you were rock hard continuously that amount of time,

Do you have the package your syringes came in. Does it say U-100 insulin syringes. It probably does not. That would indicate you are not using U-100 insulin syringes.
Assuming I'm correct, if your previous dose was the .1 on the syringe, then your dose was 1/10 of a ml or 10 units (U-100 insulin units). So as your next trial dose I'd suggest injecting whatever the doctor says your next trial dose should be. Otherwise I'd suggest a dose of no more than about 3 to 4 hash marks less than the .1 mark on your syringe, .06ml to .07ml. (note the 0 between the number and the "."). That would equal 6 to 7 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. Considering your previous experience, to error on the side of caution, it might be wise to start at 5 units or .05ml, as in only halfway (5 hash marks) to the .1 line on your syringe.
The vast majority of guys doing injections use the U-100 insulin syringes and when discussing doses most speak in U-100 insulin units as their unit of measurement.
I would also suggest you get smaller syringes. With your small dose a 1/3cc syringe would be ideal and much easier to meter the small doses. Using U-100 insulin syringes that would be a 30 unit syringe.
If you haven't called and asked your doctor what your next trial dose should be then do it immediately.

That is a BD insulin syringe with a 1/2" needle. If the tri-mix is up to the plunger that is 11 units. The last injection I took was 50 units or the .5 mark on the syringe and all it did was make my dick chubby for about 40 minutes.
