In uro's office by uro...
his Rx was filled, and as soon as i had it, i contacted him for an earlier appointment. he was at another location that night (he has 2 offices) and said "If you want to make the longer trip, i will see you before i close the office.
I was pleased and excited about FINALLY getting a usable erection. As he loaded the syringe, i asked, "Will this hurt much"... he replied, "no, not at all, but then, it is not my penis", and poked it in!
He said, "you may want to stimulate it, to get it started"
When he returned after about 5 mnutes, i had a very nice erection.
He then gave me the 'procedure talk' and said that the 7.5 units will likely be satisfactory for you, but you can increase or decrease the amount as to your satisfaction.
Driving home, for the 1/2 hour I had a continous smile and continuous boner. left it out to admire it all the way.

The toughest thing for me was walking out thru the uro lobby trying to hide the first massive hard-on in 3 years--with a huge smile on my face.

Im going in for my first Trimix demo on the 24th and I was wondering that too about walking out the uro's office(hopefully) with a massive erection.Should I try to hide it or walk down the hall past the nurses with a strut ?

Well when thw uro gave me my first injection his nurse watched. She was training to be a uro Physican Asst. I felt bad when she say my tiny c ck but pretty good when my 2 1/2" turn into almost a thick 6" when they came in to check on me. I actually forget to zip up my pants and the nurse came behind me to tell me to do it. I dont know if anyone saw me or not in the waiting room. I do know it lasted for almost 3 hours.
I was always self conscious about how small I am flaccid when dropping my shorts for the first time with a new woman. Luckily most of the time I was hard so it wasnt that small. I can remember before I remarried when I used Viagra one date commenting after we had sex and i went soft "where did it all go. You were big when you were inside me and now i can hardly see it.

Virtually every male in the urology clinic is there either because he can't pee or he can't get it up. If they notice your erection on your way out, maybe it will give them hope. I don't mean to suggest you intentionally show it off, but certainly don't worry about what a bunch of strangers might think. If you're embarassed for any reason, just remember that everyone parks their privacy, modesty, and dignity in the street when they go to the urology clinic.

Maybe you need to fin a new GF who is interested. Most women would love to have a man who can go for 2 hours and even be hard after ejaculating
Yeah, I've been thinking about doing just that! It's really frustrating to go thru all this crap only to have her go "Phfuuut" over it. We WILL be having a talk very soon about this & other issues...

Perhaps she just had a headache that day.
She has Lyme's Disease, so for her to have some sort of ache or pain is not unusual. But I do get tired of all the excuses all the time. Besides, it's not like she has to exert herself - I do all the work

Re: who performed your 1st injection?
My uro did it in his office about 15 years ago. The best part was that his nurse was present and I had a great erection! I would have masturbated with an ejaculation if he had asked.
Re: who performed your 1st injection?
My uro's 38-ish, quite attractive, married female assistant did me. She was very personable yet professional. There was nothing really sexual about the experience. But I bet she has some great bedtime stories for her husband, haha.
RP in 2012 because of prostate cancer. 100% ED, also some leakage problems.
Re: who performed your 1st injection?
First time in uro's office a couple of weeks ago by the doc. He said small dose (papervine?) led to partial erection. Had some pain. Today I did the injection with saline. Doc liked my technique.... Filled Rx for Trimix today, and will give a test this week-end.
73, ED for 15 yrs or so, no prostate problems, pills only partially effective

Re: who performed your 1st injection?
I did my own first injection at home, by myself. At the urologists office , her nurse just showed me drawings on paper and the doctor just talked. So then she called in the prescription. It was shipped overnight to my home, and I did it myself.
