Injections and Implants

Postby bbf912 » Mon Mar 08, 2021 3:35 pm

When I went for my Trimix injection appointment they made me sign a long, multipage waiver acknowledging the risks of using injections. One thing it said, which I forgot to ask the doctor about, was that injections could cause problems that would make it impossible to have implants. Has anyone ever heard of this ever happening or is it just a lawyer being too careful? My understanding is that fibrosis can be treated. The only thing I can think of is maybe someone who has fibrosis for a long time without getting it treated.

I guess anything is possible. I haven't heard of anyone not being able to get an implant due to scaring or fibrosis but I have read on this forum of cases where some length was lost and it was a more difficult procedure. Apparently it's much more difficult for some doctors than others. Choose your implant doctor carefully especially if you have other complicating conditions.

That's all kinda worst case scenarios. Not something you should expect to happen. I never got any such waiver or notification. I think it's more a case of some lawyer trying to justify his expense.

I`m in Canada and there was NO paperwork. Uro got a vile, stabbed my cock, looked at the result after 15 minutes and wrote a script. Didn`t sign a thing let alone have anything to read. LOL
