I've been injecting small doses (4-6 units) of (30/2/20) trimix for 9 months or so, averaging 1-3 times a week.
I think I've always had a slight left curve in my dick, but lately I'm noticing it a lot more, especially when partially erect. When I'm fully erect it's straight, but partially erect seems more curved than before. It's not painful. I can't feel any scar tissue but I don't really know what it would feel like.
Is this the beginning of peyronies? If so, will it keep getting worse leaving me with an implant as the only option?
Why does trimix cause peyronies in the first place?

Beginning of Peyronies?
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.
Re: Beginning of Peyronies?
From what I've read if you had Peyronies you would definitely see curvature when erect. Make sure you rub the injection site for 3-5 minutes after injecting...
Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.

I thought I was getting a similar issue, it would lean to one side until erect,
so I stopped injecting on that side, and it seems to have stabilised. I only inject once a week.

It is the acidity in the other ingredients in TriMix beside PGE-1. This along with injection errors can cause Peyronie's.
No, you do not need an implant just for that but you must combat the curve ASAP.
You must do traction with either a RestoreX or a Penimaster Pro to stop and reverse the curve.
In the case of girth loss you should be using a VED on days you don't inject, but with injections i'm not entirely sure that girth will be an issue.
Best.

What can be done about that? I'm on what is effectively bimix, and I wonder if I should ask to change it.

Along with traction, you could ask your doctor to try monomix of PGE-1.
It is much safer to TriMix when it comes to Peyronie's.

I'm trying to vary my injection sites, but I have a lot of veins, espcially on the right side, so I end up injecting on the left more often. I guess i should try harder to balance it out.

I'm actually one of the unlucky people who experiences pain from PGE1. Not as much as when I first started using it, but I switched from trimix to bimix (no PGE1) for that reason. Bimix gave me no pain, but less hard erections that were still usable. Eventually I switched back to 20/2/30 trimix (20 PGE1) and the pain is bearable. But i think using only PGE1 would be painful for me.
Might be worth a try though.

Thanks that's helpful. Sounds like I should talk to my urologist about those devices.
