Here is a photo of the 3 syringes and needle lengths I use. All are either 30 or 31 gauge needles.
Both the 1ml syringes will work in the autoinjector, you just have to adjust the needle depth to ensure the needle goes all the way into your penis. I am fortunate that I only need a small dose (10 units) for a full 2 to 3 hour erection, so the smaller of the 3 syringes works for me.

Re: We need your questions
Frank Talk has been very helpful in getting accurate information about ED, and treatments for ED. This has been instrumental in having a successful interaction with a urologist, getting tri-mix, and having the first shot. And with the complicated nature of use and dosing of injectables I've been able to study up on using the medication so that there were few surprises with the first shot. I've made a donation on the home page to express gratitude and help the next guys.
And now to the question at hand:
For people who are not familiar with injections, I think the business of ML vs Units could be clearly shown as a graphic.
Also, I think the different types of tri-mix are confusing, and could be clearer with a graphic chart. As I recall RXBUYERSCLUB.com has a good demonstration of this.
I also notice that all the tri-mix videos using real life models have disappeared off YouTube. One video by a guy called sixguage is particularly helpful. I'm sure there are others out there. If we were to maintain a library of such resources that could help for several reasons- general education about using shots, and de-stigmatizing that form of medication. I know that some people are phobic about needles, and the idea of injecting the schlong sounds particularly painful. And it's not.
From my short time on this list I wonder if the ready access to videos on implants and the lack of videos about injections might pressure men to overlook the less invasive treatment option.
I also think that the information available on managing priapism is confusing. When I ask my uro about this he said "go to the ER." In retrospect, I think he was providing good information, but from a point of view that favored his risk management over less invasive ways to solve the problem.
And I will probably think of more questions as time passes.

Re: We need your questions
The "units" thing is actually very simple and is pretty much as Growinjim explained it in your "first injection is tomorrow" thread. What we use are U-100 insulin syringes. I guess there could be some confusion if you managed to find syringes other than the U-100 standard but I think unit syringes other than U-100 insulin syringes are Veterinary medicine so not likely at your local pharmacy. A U-100 insulin syringe unit is 1/100 of a ml or cc. That's 100 units per ml.
The types of tri-mix's are a bit confusing and likely will continue to be for a good while. The problem is there is no standard for tri-mix. The best explanation I can point you at is found in a PDF pamphlet put out by Wedgewood Pharmacy. I've never done business with them and have no connection with them. The PDF pamphlet can be found here: http://www.wedgewoodpharmacy.com/uploads/ED%20Switching%20Guide.pdf
I don't know what to tell you about the injection videos. I even posted a VERY non-erotic (and unfortunately very amateur) injection video to You Tube and they eliminated it too. I doubt the site administer would want to take on the expense, liability and burden of managing and hosting videos. I agree it's unfortunate some good video's with real users can't be posted somewhere.

Re: We need your questions
I think I injected too deep, as it felt real cold going in, with 1/2" needle, and I pushed against my penis too hard while injecting. should I have any concerns?
80 yr old; injecting 15units Trimix (30mg papaverine,6mg phentolamine,30mcg prostaglandin) in Oct 2020 with great results; Inject 2-3 times a week
Re: We need your questions
Welcome to the forum!
I doubt there is any reason for concern other than it probably won't work if it's in the wrong spot unless it was just a partial miss.
It's possible to even miss and inject into your urethra. I did that once and yep it came out the ole pee hole. I suppose you could miss and just end up with an engorged glans too but I never had that result.
I wouldn't want to make a habit of missed injections as it might not be good for your other structures in the long run.
I don't get the cold sensation part. I don't think I've ever had that sensation, even when my juice was probably too cold.
My main experience with a missed injection is that it's generally hard to depress the plunger. So don't force it in if it doesn't want to go. Just change your depth in or out. The second thing with missed injections is that they generally hurt and cause soreness immediately, as you try to depress the plunger, and for awhile afterwards, possibly a day or two if you went ahead and forced it in.
Are you sure you missed? Was there a failure to launch?
Good luck.

Re: We need your questions
After about 30 minutes, I got a semi-erection that went away within about 30 minutes. So, I apparently missed the corpus cavernosum with most of it. Will be more careful in future, as now I've lost having sex with my wife today.

It would be good if we can get a reference of what BI Tri and Quad mix dosages we all get to compare. I have asked my doc for a better dosage. Seeing what others on the chat use (generally Woody successful) I think this would help with our discussions with our doctors. I get the feeeling reading posts here that the Docs are kind of firing in the dark. There is no base line reference. My doc said try this Trimix of 8.9/0.89/24 and work your way “up”. I see others thatcher Way higher in dosages and doing ok w sexual activity.

Re: We need your questions
I have been injecting about a year now and am 67. Viagara was no longer keeping me hard enough for sex is why I sought help.
After trying the total online 3 bottles of tri mix T-105 and using only ONE without success and wasting $350. I tried the same company upgraded to SB-4 which is 30,3,40 . It is much stronger but still was not giving me a 90% ho.
I then added a cock ring but it would get in the way so the https://allknight.com/products/cock-enhancers/rings/ was added. The ring they sell keeps it in place and while difficult to put on does work to allow the erection to keep firm. Be ready to trim yourself of long hairs.
So in the last 6 months after a visit to the Uro I have tried a real Quad mix of 30/1/10/0.1. It works well with the C ring mentioned above but recently have even mixed in 2.5 of Quad 30 with SB-4 mentioned earlier of .5 and get rock hard. The mix has more bruising but maybe it was my aim being off a few times but this is a lasting mix for me.

I got implanted almost two months ago. My girl friend says my dick does not feel real and the glands are cold to the touch. Almost like a dildo inside me she says but she also said penetration was good. Does anyone have a trick to make the glands warm before touch so it feels more alive?

Have you tried taking viagra or cialis? That should help increase blood flow
