Yeah, I also found that adding some generic Viagra to an injection allows less injection juice. I don't get any erection from the Viagra by itself but it does boost other methods. A novelty/sex shop cock ring can give it a little extra bump too. I've been known to combine all three of those methods. I've also found Viagra greatly helps with using a VED. It seems a bit strange that Viagra alone does nothing noticeable for me but it does significantly help both injections or VED.

My urologist said to "use the least amount that still produces a useable erection". Anything over that can cause pain and desensitizing of the penis, resulting in fewer or no ejaculation.

I had significant pain for the first couple months I used trimix.

Switched to bimix which eliminated the pain, but it wasn't as effective or reliable.

Switched back to trimix and over the past few months the pain has nearly disappeared.

I do get some strange little stings or pricks of pain in my penis for a day or so after I've injected, but nothing like the constant ache that trimix first caused.
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.
