Hello Everyone,
Does anyone have experience with long duration erections? I will inject 10 U and get a good response, but then I maintain an erection for about 6 hours, but it is not a raging, super hard, full erection. It is not painful. I am probably at 85% of full erection and will go to 100% if stimulated.
So when do you go to the ER??? Is priapism a full, 100% and painful erection? Is there danger if you have a long duration erection that is not 100%, but close to it? Does it have to be painful to be considered a dangerous situation?
Long duration of erections....

Welcome to the forum.
I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is at best based on my own experiences and at worst based on hallucinations and/or delusions. Internet forum advice is likely worth what you paid for it, or worse. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.
Initially, until I got my dose and technique figured out, I did have some excessively long erections. In your case I think you're probably OK as it sounds like you're probably getting some blood exchange as you describe it as not being fully hard. But ask your doctor.
The following is a description of a technique I've successfully used. I came up with it on my own. I've never read or heard it described elsewhere. I don't know if it would be medically ill advised. I've never discussed it with a medical professional. Keep in mind the medical knowledge disclaimer I started this post with. Medically, I don't know squat:
A technique I used in similar situations was to, while standing, do reverse kegels while firmly but gently squeezing your dick. Don't get carried away with the squeeze as there may be some risk of damaging blood vessel valves if you do, but that's just my speculation. It's not a hard squeeze but a steady squeeze while doing the reverse kegel. You may need to practice the reverse kegels. I found that I could fairly easily squeeze my dick back down using that method, but you do have to have the reverse kegels figured out first. I would have to redo the technique several times as my dick would re-inflate soon after I finished the technique. I don't know the best time interval for repeating the technique but I'm guessing every 10 to 15 minutes would be fine until the drug wears off. Ask your doctor about it.
Good luck.

Can describe what a "reverse kegel" is and how you perform one? I am quite familiar with kegels and was trained by a Physical Therapist as to how to perform the exercise.

Here's a couple of links that explain it better than I can:

Get the injectable antidote (Phenylephrine). Very powerful and quick without system wide side effects unlike the tablet form. Takes the thought of an ER visit off the table for most of us.
