My experience with Bi-mix and tri-mix, yes my erection continued afterwards. Typically erection would last 3+ hours.
Mind you, while it was “cool” in the beginning, turned out far from nirvana. Many late night/mornings trying to reverse erection, painful and ended up at my docs office two times to be drained. That experience, huge needle in penis wasn’t pleasant.
I know ejections work for many. It was a short term solution for me but injections made my Pyronnies worst. Implanted May 25th, life has changed dramatically in a good way.

Wow....we are all different....trimix 20 units, hard for penetration, sometimes I get way too anxious and cum a bit early as I cannot edge long enough.... sometimes.
