Saw my new uro today. Nice guy. My wife took off today mental health day she called it. He gave me the script no injection in office maybe because i uses the caverject with no results but can inject. Or my wife can. Starting me on .50 . I have been married 3 weeks now so here's to our "wedding" night. Gosh hope this works!

Sigh so close but not enough..... Injected.50 noticed finally I was finally getting hard. Not enough to penetrate.... Grrrr. Not sure if this was the right thing to do but injected .20 more...... Firmer but not enough.... I would seem to lose what I had or some of it.... I'm married for several weeks now and would just like this to work.... Any suggestions?

I think DT recommends trying a ring or two (not too tight?) after things start to swell to prevent the erection from escaping.

For my own experience using low-dose PGE-1 urethrally (Not a syringe shot), I use two or three Island Rings (just google em or go see amazon.com). They are very mild. But what I do, which is completely counter-intuitive I know, is place them right behind the GLANS so that (my theory goes) the incoming bloodflow shooting up from the base is restricted somewhat once it gets to the top and tries to leave via veins. Cannot say it would work when you are doing the heavy lifting of actual intercourse (I've never used these low dose erections for intercourse -- just penile rehab), but often I have thought, Man That's Hard Enough To Bang Some Nails WIth ...

I use the rings initially to keep the 1ml of PGE-1 liquid (contains ~200mcg PGE-1) from slurping out but have thus noticed that it helps prolong a weak erection .. and keeps it up longer.

A crazy idea but who knows?

I would continue using the .5 ml because the partial erections you are experiencing may be introducing blood to injured tissue which could rehabilitate them such that they may start to react better to the .5 ml injection. Also, Trimix tends to be cumulative.

Maybe it is how and what you are injecting with....needle length and location...if the drug is not getting were it needs to be, it will not work very well.

Keep trying.....don't give up....many of us here have had to work "Hard" at getting this right

It is very well worth the effort once you get dialed in...
