Whats up Yall. Long time lingerer. My run of pill success has worn thin. Really struggling emotionally lately like you wouldn't believe.

Im young, in shape, supportive spouse. ED of unknown cause for as long as I can remember. As I live in this pit of hell, endlessly searching for options, this site saves me.

Now, the thought of injections is daunting. Maybe at 44, not 34. I've come around to the implant idea, but was hoping to delay as long as I f-ing can.

Read some threads on PT 141. Stomach shot dont bother me as much as the thought of pumping a needle in my non-aroused acorn.

Does anyone have any recent experience, success? It seems affordable. I get the side effects. Ill take some nausea/headache over the despair I have been waking up with lately. Also, anyone try this Nu Image website with the tadafil and pt141 combo in pill form?

I know it’s not the answer your asking, but, I started injecting 4 months ago and it is really quite painless! Have your urologist do the first one and show technique. Very simple and after the first few it’s a breeze! You will forget all about the worry as soon as you start experiencing what these shots can do for your sex and emotional life! At least give it a shot! Lol. Start w low dose as the ONLY side effects is if you go too heavy on dose. I used pills for 10 years and although earlier on they worked great, the last couple years were very depressing! After first injection I am convinced this is the best thing that’s happened to my sex life in at least the last ten years!

Rider I 400 says my story almost exactly. Started pills at 48 y/o and they worked in increasing doses to 62 y/o. Fiddled with alternatives for a year to 63 y/o. And hen laid off a bad depressing year. Started Caverject (monominx PGE)/TriMic/Monomix at 64 y/o - 4 1/4 years ago - and it's been great. The jab is not that bad and the benefits far outweigh the negatives even with occasional misfires and the learning curve. It's far better than celibacy, spousal and personal disappointment, and depression. No it's not 16 again for me but it works very well. With some penile PT it's some of the best ever. I did a long narrative on PT-141 elsewhere and it was not for me, and I really don't think a 1 mg dose orally of PT-141 in "Everest" (discussed elsewhere) with oxytocin will help much but worth a try for the money (watch out for those subscription sites). Don't stew in your juices, shoot them.

Thanks guys. At this point, im open to injections, but fear of scar tissue and an impending implant. Just concerned that after a few years of injection succes, i am doomed to a difficult implant with subpar results. I really do appreciate the feedback. Gotta do something soon or this will eat me alive.

I predict that you have the best years of your love life ahead of you.

I've tried and successfully used just about every real remedy for ED:
1. Cialis, Viagra worked for years. Then,
2. Penile injections worked for years. Fear of scar tissue and Peyronies Disease led me to get a penile implant,
3. Penile implant. It's the best penis I have ever had, better than when I was a young man. Guaranteed no ED, hard as iron erections for a long as I want, excellent girth and length. My wife loves it.

Now:
1. I still take Cialis 1 hour before sex. It causes my penis to engorge.
2. I also take a big scope of L-Arginine an hour before sex. It causes my penis to engorge even more.
3. My wife and I both use PT141 twice per week. My penis swells into something like a thick sausage, and gets dark red, just the way I like it. My wife becomes a self-described nympho.
4. We fuck for hours. I mean it literally: 3-6 hours of copulation and extended foreplay, 4 times per week, and then some nighttime unplanned sex which has become really hot.

A properly installed penile implant is the best thing that ever happened to me, in spite of the fact that the first surgery was botched which has left me with some nerve damage and caused me to have 5 corrective surgeries. Would I do it all over again? YES. My love life with my wife is incredible.

Find a really good urological surgeon. Check references carefully, talk to some former implantees of that surgeon, make sure the surgeon does hundreds of implant surgeries per year. In other words, perform due diligence. If you do, I predict you will be very satisfied with your new love life.

I forgot to say that injecting PT141 is by far the most effective way to use it. The pills don't work very well.

Before I began penile injections, I had never stuck a needle into my body and had an aversion to doing so. I quickly got over it. As long as you use good procedure to prevent infections, injections are easy and almost painless. The needles on insulin syringes are so small that you almost cannot feel them.

So whether you inject TriMix or PT141, the discomfort will be minimal, especially with TriMix and penile injections. There are no nerves in the penis's corporal bodies, so the only pain, if you feel anything at all, will be at the surface of your penis.

Injecting PT141 into my skin? I have a LOT more pain from osteoarthritis.

I hope all of this will enable you to be bold and solve your ED problems.

Spend time locating a Urologist who specializes in ED problems. I went to the University of California, San Francisco which is 100 miles from my home. Got tested and treated by the best Uros on the West Coast. These guys weren't in the business of selling me a product or treatment. They dialed in on my specific problem and advised the best way to go. I went in thinking I was headed for an implant and found that that was overkill. All I needed was a low dose of Bimix...a low dose.

I was worried about an injection too until the doc gave me one. 1000 times less tragic than I thought it would be. I smiled. I started out giving myself the shot on the right side of my penis. I'm right handed. I taught my wife to give me a shot on the left side. I eventually gained more confidence (placement spot) and took over all injection thereafter.

Have your wife inject for you in the beginning. You'll learn that 99% of your fears of the needle are over the top. Take back control of your life. You can always get an implant down the road if needed.

I think it depends on your diagnosis, but if you've got a venous leak, PT-141 won't do good.

Injections have made my wife's libido improve out of sight, because I used to be unconfident and just focusing on my erection, now the focus is on her.

I've never heard of PT141 - but it sounds very interesting. Can you please tell me more about how it works? Does it make you horny or just help with the erection? Did you get a prescription? Where do you get it?
