If your wife can feel like my wife does on PT141, she would get the injections. It is almost unbelievable the difference it makes in my wife. She is totally hooked on this sexual experience, as am I. Some perspectives: Remember, I have an implant. My responses to PT141 will be different than a man who has his birth penis.

My wife and I are "edgers"; we have practiced getting close to, but not, climaxing for years, to the point that we may have overdone it. Sometimes it's difficult for us to climax. But we prefer hours of coitus over quick sex with a climax, so we don't care.

Sometimes, we have quick sex with a climax, always unplanned, but not on PT141 days. On those days, we take our time and block off 6+ hours for love making. My wife and I are already crazy-in-love with each other. PT141 drops napalm on our bonfire.

For people that don’t edge but like to have fairly quick sex and climax, I can only tell you what I’ve read and heard from friends.
