Sorry to beat a dead horse, but more specifics provided.
Going on a trip for 5 days across country. I want to take like three events worth of trimix with me. My problem is that My trimix is frozen in the vile. If I take it with me, I will have a fridge but not a freezer so it won’t stay frozen. I worry about taking prefilled syringes as I worry about them getting roughed up during the trip and squirting out.
Advice? I am sure I am overthinking this, but I don’t get trips with my wife often and it would be shitty if I got there with no meds.

Re: Yet another travel question
I get four vials with each order of trimix. I keep all but one in the freezer. I keep one in the fridge and load a syringe when needed. So, you will be OK if you keep a vial in a fridge or other cooling device during your trip. Just pack some syringes in your luggage and before the foreplay starts inject.
Good luck and have lots of fun.

I’ve used a insulin travel pack purchased on Amazon for $18 that comes with freezer packs that fit inside covers. After arriving at motel you can use zip lock bags with Ice in them fir the rest of the time if a refrigerator isn’t available. I draw up as many syringes as I need to complete trip plus one xtra. Packets of Sudafed just in case and always take a pic of my vial with prescription tag just in case I ever get checked

While I think you want to keep frozen as much as possible if you have to fridge for 24h and then get to freezer again, that will just have minimal impact on potency. You can thaw/freeze multiple times. As always, this is just this guy's opinion.
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

Good logistics advice from Rider1400. I've never frozen my Trimix. I've taken week-long summer vacations with pre-loaded syringes packed in an eyeglass case with miniature frozen freeze bags. Encased like this, syringe plungers can't move independently of the barrel. I put the case in the center of a suitcase expecting that the clothing will insulate it somewhat. Bed-and-breakfast owners are always agreeable to my storing the case in a refrigerator (I don't ask for a freezer), and I've seen no difference in effectiveness after seven days, even if I went a few nights without a refrigerator.

Just to report back -- traveled on the plane just fine with a case with a freezer pack. On the other side, we discovered our "fridge" was really a cooler, so I kept the trimix in an insulated water bottle with ice. I'm nearing the end of this bottle anyway, so I'll be ordering some this week.
