First shot at doctor’s office Friday….. 20 units…. Beginners strength. Worked pretty well ….80% erection in car on way to WalMart.. impressive enough to send my girl a picture. Starting going soft in about an hour but kept a “ chubby” for another hour. Injected 15 units at home today for first time and….. NOTHING……. I know I hit the spot (I can see the mark)…. My stomach tells me that I introduced a chemical into my body…. BUT NO ERECTION…..I appreciate any comments or advise….. thanks

I've just started as well and I'm at a 2 hits/3 misses ratio. Thankfully, the hits have been with my girlfriend. 2 of the misses were alone and the third that I qualify as a miss was just my normal Viagra or Cialis sex with her. I had 50mg of Viagra in me and just felt like the injection didn't add anything to it. The best advice I can give at this point in my journey is to not get discouraged. I was totally discouraged after my 2 fails. The first a .10 cc and the second a .20cc. Then I injected .15 prior to a little bit of foreplay with her, expecting a failure, and we had sex for three hours and I had to take a Sudafed and use an ice pack to bring myself back to a flacid state four hours in. She is still going on and on about our sex that night. I told her I used an injection and explained the medication to her and she was so in la la land that she remembers it as the night I took a testosterone injection. I will say that I do feel my earlier misses were the result of poor injection technique. That night of ridiculous success involved us fooling around a bit on the couch and then moving to the bedroom. I had to let the dogs out before I joined her and used that time to step into our other bathroom and inject. I was semi erect from the foreplay and truly feel that made all the difference with my injection. I had more space to work with and wasn't so sheepish about it. I also kept my thumb and alcohol pad over the injection site for a good 5 minutes and pretty much milked my dick to work the medicine through. By the time I joined her in the bedroom I was more ready than I've been in a long time. I know they say stimulation isn't needed with the injections but there's a world of difference between when I inject with her and when I inject alone and have to watch porn to get turned on. I'll be injecting two or so times this weekend when she's here so we'll see if the good results keep up or if I have a fail or two.

Thanks for the info…. Maybe I missed but it looks perfect (I can see the spot)…. I definitely injected because my body knows something is in there. I have developed a bit of an upset stomach. Worked at the docs office perfectly….frustrating to say the least……. I appreciate uou taking the time to offer your info….

No problem. If the test injection at the doctor's worked for you, I'm confident you'll have a good outcome at home soon. The upset stomach thing confuses me since you're not ingesting the medication. My understanding was those types of side effects (I get terrible acid reflux and an upset stomach from Viagra and Cialis) aren't as prevalent with the injections since the injection localizes it to the penis but everyone reacts differently to anything put into their body. Also, I was 100% convinced I injected into the right spot when I was despondent over my failed injections but I think I was injecting too far over almost to the side of my penis. When I finally did "hit the spot", it's almost like I felt it working the moment I began massaging my penis to work the medication through. I wasn't completely erect when I walked to the bedroom but was very soon after and stayed that way for several hours. It's funny because I went from .5 not working to .10 not working and then .20 really not working - thinking I was going to have to increase my dosage to .30 or higher next time or have my next mix strengthened to .15 keeping me happy hard for 3 hours and scaring me a bit nearing 4 hours. Now i'm wondering if I should try .10 next time or just keep it at .15 and see if it's that same kind of result. From everything i've read though, there's a huge learning curve with this stuff, particularly when it comes to finding the right dosage and having a few fails in the beginning.

Yes …. Please send “crappy injection “ video. Talked to the PA and she said to always draw syringe back and check for blood…. If you see a little blood then it is a go. Is that your experience….? Appreciate your help.

I'd also be interested in the crappy instruction video. I also haven't tried drawing the syringe back to check for blood thing yet.

I use that method but most times not. It is definitely a valid and useful technique. I believe it's usually referred to as
aspirating.
